This is our 32nd installment of the one-page dungeon series. The objective is to create self-contained adventures/dungeons with all things necessary to spawn fun adventures on a single page. It is system neutral so it can be easily ported to any system. It shouldn’t be much trouble to include it in any medieval setting.
In Crescent Moon Dagger, the characters are in search of a fabled relic that is said to have the ability to tear the fabric of reality and allow individuals to travel to nearby planes of existence. It is, as some scholars put it, the philosopher’s stone of arcane research. An elf mage achieved it and hid his artifact in a perilous vault.
When the characters arrive at the secret vault, they find it filled with immortal, undead guardians, a gap they must jump across that defies their method of traversing and some information about the artifact and its creator. If they are not careful enough, they may perish in one of the deadly traps therein.
This is an adventure that takes the heroes to a deadly dungeon. They must make the best use of their abilities to overcome the traps and guardians therein. And they may gain access to a powerful artifact that may gain them a few enemies.
