This is our 30th installment of the one-page dungeon series. The objective is to create self-contained adventures/dungeons with all things necessary to spawn fun adventures on a single page. It is system neutral so it can be easily ported to any system. It shouldn’t be much trouble to include it in any medieval setting.
In Sepulcher of Regrets, a group of heroes learns of four mighty warriors of old who were known to wield a set of legendary weapons capable of great deeds. The knights of yore were interred in a sepulcher hidden in the wilds. It is renowned for being dangerous and lethal to visit. So far as people know, no one has been able to plunder this well-known tomb.
When the characters visit the mausoleum, they find a complex locking device that protects the main vault. Many deathly guardians and traps protect this place from tomb robbers. Even a ghost of one of the famous knights materializes before the characters and begs them to reconsider as the mighty knights do not pull their punches and shall end their lives if they continue on their current path.
This level-neutral adventure brings the heroes to a deadly dungeon, has them uncover valuable information about the knights, and confronts them with four terrible foes which shall prove their heroic resolve.!
